Terms, in plain language.
A readable summary of how to use this site and evaluate the software. The written quote and license you receive govern any purchase — these terms do not replace that agreement.
About these terms
These are plain-language terms for using this website and evaluating the software. They are a summary of how we work, not a substitute for the written quote and license agreement that governs any purchase.
Use of the website
You may browse the site and open public demos freely.
You agree not to abuse the contact or lead endpoints, scrape at scale, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Demos are illustrative
Live demos run on simulated data. Screens, flows and figures in a demo show how the product works and may differ from the shipped version. They are not a representation of any real customer’s data.
Licensing
Purchased software is delivered under a written license (perpetual or subscription, per your quote).
Unless stated otherwise, a license covers your organisation’s own use on your own infrastructure and is not for resale or redistribution.
Desktop and self-hosted products keep functioning on the licensed version even if a care plan lapses.
Quotes and payment
Prices are provided as written, all-in quotes and are valid for the period stated in the quote.
Payment is by UPI or bank transfer against the quote, with an invoice issued for each purchase.
No warranty, provided "as is"
The website and demos are provided without warranty of any kind. The software you license is described honestly by its status; features still in development are labelled as such.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the studio and products evolve; the date below reflects the current version.
For the full agreement that governs a purchase, refer to the written quote and license you receive. Reach us at the studio email in the footer.
