The short version

This website collects as little as possible. It ships without third-party trackers, advertising pixels or cookies by default.

The contact and lead forms send only what you type to the studio inbox. Nothing is sold, shared or used for advertising.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email, and the message you write — used solely to reply to your enquiry.

Lead capture: the email you opt in with, so we can send the material you asked for.

Server logs: Vercel records basic request metadata (such as IP and user agent) for security and abuse prevention. We do not add our own cross-site profiling.

Analytics

By default this site loads no analytics at all.

If analytics are enabled, they run through a self-hosted, cookieless counter that records anonymous page views and funnel events (such as "demo opened" or "quote requested") — never names, emails or message text.

This site ships a Content-Security-Policy that allows scripts from this origin only. A counter hosted on a separate domain is therefore blocked until that domain is added to the policy in lib/csp.mjs. Until someone does that, nothing loads and no events are sent.

The software you buy

The operational platforms run on your own hardware or private cloud with zero telemetry. Your business records do not leave your control and are not transmitted to us.

This privacy policy covers the digitracks website. Products you deploy on your own infrastructure handle data according to their own offline-first design.

Your choices

You can use the site without providing any personal information.

To see, correct or delete anything you have sent us, email the studio inbox and we will action it.

Because there are no tracking cookies, there is nothing to opt out of via a cookie banner.
